Tapuwa is a social scientist with a track record of working in civil society, with over 20 years of expertise in advocacy training M&E, developmental research, sustainability and local empowerment. His special research areas include human rights, gender, youth development, rural and urban development, natural resource governance, economic empowerment, climate justice, and extractives.
He has extensive knowledge of the development context of the South having worked with various communities in Zimbabwe, regionally and internationally. Tapuwa holds post grad qualifications in History and Development Studies, project management, Youth Leadership training as well as Monitoring and Evaluation.
